1. Services

SimpleBuild AI provides done-for-you website design, SEO optimization (SEO, AEO, GEO, ISO), domain registration, AI visibility scanning, and AI Optimization on-site training delivered in person at your place of business.

2. Payment

Prices are in USD and processed via Stripe. Website packages and add-ons are one-time payments, required before work begins; no refunds after work has started.

3. AI Optimization training — booking, deposit & rescheduling

Pricing. Day One (Install & Train) is $7,500 and each additional on-site day is $5,000, held at that rate for 12 months from your Day One. Travel is included within the United States; no travel expenses are added to your invoice. Day One covers up to 10 people.

Deposit and balance. A $2,500 deposit is charged at booking to hold your date. It is not the full price. The remaining balance is invoiced separately once your pre-visit preparation checklist is confirmed complete, and is due before the on-site day.

Rescheduling and cancellation. You may reschedule free of charge more than 14 days before the booked date. Inside 14 days, 50% of the engagement total is payable; inside 72 hours, 100% is payable. One free reschedule is included per booking. If preparation on our side is not complete, or we determine your accounts are not ready to train on, we will reschedule at no cost to you. The deposit is refundable if we cancel or cannot deliver.

Software and licences. Third-party software (AI seats, password manager and similar) is not included in the day rate and is billed to you directly by the vendor at its own cost. Every account is created in your company's name and remains yours.

Scope. Training is an educational and configuration service. It is not legal, financial, tax, safety, or code-compliance advice, and output produced with AI tools must be reviewed by you before use.

4. Subscriptions

Optional recurring services — Ongoing Support ($500/month) and Website Monitor ($350/month) — bill monthly via Stripe until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and past periods are not refunded.

5. Delivery & Revisions

Delivery timelines are estimates (Medium: 5–10 days, Elite: 10–21 days). Revision rounds depend on your plan. Additional revisions are available for a fee.

6. Ownership

You own the website content and design after final payment. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing. For AI Optimization engagements, every account we create is opened in your company's name and remains yours; we remove our own access after the engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
